Recently installed a SharePoint 2010 instance for development and testing but no mater what I tried i just could not it to show me the Data Library in the template option *dash *dash *dash .. Bowing to the Google Almighty told me it is an enterprise feature. So I updated the key to Enterprise CAL and well another hurdle ^o) ..
